Information you provide to us:

  • Wemay collect Personal Data from you, such as your first and lastname, location, video recordings of you and your computer screenduring test sessions conducted on our website, links to yourpersonal videos posted by you on third party websites like Vimeo.comand, phone number, gender, e-mail and mailing addresses,professional title, company name, employment history, educationhistory, personal summary, and password when you create an accountto log in to our network (“Account”).

  • Weretain information on your behalf, such as files and messages thatyou store using your Account.

  • Ifyou provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collectyour name and e-mail address, as well as any other content includedin the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.

  • Whenyou post content (text, images, photographs, messages, comments,video links or any other kind of content that is not your e-mailaddress) on our Site, the information contained in your posting willbe stored in our servers and other users will be able to see it,along with your profile photo and any other information that youchoose to make public on your public profile page (“Profile”).The information that you provide in your Profile will be visible toothers, including anonymous visitors to the Site.

In this case, we may receive information from thatSNS to make it easier for you to create an Account on the Site. Information collected via technology

  • InformationCollected by Our Servers.To make our Site and Service more useful to you, our servers (whichmay be hosted by a third party service provider) collect informationfrom you, including your browser type, operating system, InternetProtocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assignedto your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary fromsession to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for yourvisit.

  • GoogleAnalytics and Lucky Orange.We use Google Analytics and Lucky Orange to help analyze how usersuse the Site. Google Analytics and Lucky Orange use Cookies tocollect information such as how often users visit the Site, whatpages they visit, where they clicked on the site and what othersites they used prior to coming to the Site. We use the informationwe get from Google Analytics and Lucky Orange only to improve ourSite and Service. Google Analytics and Lucky Orange collect only theIP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site, ratherthan your name or other personally identifying information. We donot combine the information generated through the use of GoogleAnalytics and Lucky Orange with your Personal Data.   • TestRecording.We use third party services to record your test sessions, whichincludes a video of you taking tests, and a video of your desktop,laptop, mobile and tablet screen while a test session is inprogress. These videos are saved on a third party server, and usedfor purposes of validating your identity and skills. By taking testson our platform, you give us permission to store these videorecordings temporarily, which may be shared with third parties.

Information Collected From You About Others

Ifyou decide to invite a third party to create an Account, we willcollect your and the third party’s names and e-mail addresses inorder to send an e-mail and follow up with the third party. We maymaintain this information indefinitely in our database and may alsouse this information to help us establish networks of contacts,document relationships, facilitate referrals, and improve ourservices.

Wemay also use this information to show you and other users that youmay know each other or have shared contacts. We rely upon you toobtain whatever consents from the third party that may be required bylaw to allow us to access and upload the third party’s names ande-mail addresses as required above. You or the third party maycontact us at to request the removal of thisinformation from our database. The e-mail that is sent to yourfriends will come from your e-mail address so that your friends knowthat you want to invite them to visit the Site.

Information Collected From Address Book and Contact Importing

Youmay use our address book and contacts importer to upload yourcontacts from other services into SkillSoniq. When you import yourcontacts, we may indefinitely store the contact information in ourdatabase, including your contacts' names, e-mails, phone numbers,locations, and relationships to you. We do not store any passwordsyou provide as part of the contact import process.

Afterwe import your contacts, we will use this information to help usestablish networks of contacts, document relationships, facilitatereferrals, and improve our services. We may also use this informationto show you and other users that you may know each other or haveshared contacts. We rely upon you to obtain whatever consents fromthe relevant third parties that may be required by law to allow us toaccess and upload the third parties’ names, e-mail addresses, andother contact information. You or such a third party may contact usat to request the removal of this informationfrom our database.

Information Collected From Third Party Companies

Wemay receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from companiesthat provide our Service by way of a co-branded or private-labeledwebsite, companies that offer their products and/or services on ourSite, and/or companies that otherwise collect such information. Your portfolio photos, education,experience, video, test percentile scores, credibility scores, andother content in your profile are meant for public consumption. Wemay display this content on the Site and further distribute it to awider audience through third party sites and services. Once displayedon publicly viewable web pages, that information can be collected andused by others. We cannot control who reads your postings or whatother users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, soit is very important that you do not put Personal Data in your posts.Once you have posted information publicly, while you will still beable to edit and delete it on the Site, you will not be able to editor delete such information cached, collected, and stored elsewhere byothers (e.g., search engines).

12. Test Recording Sessions

Weuse services of a third party to regularly record videos or takescreen shots of test takers and their computer screen during testsessions. Once the test session is launched, SkillSoniq will haveview only rights to the test taker’s computer screen. During thetest session, SkillSoniq can monitor everything that happens on thestudent's desktop, laptop, mobile and/or tablet screen, but cannotcontrol the test taker's system. At the end of the test, the entiresession log is saved and there is a record of what actions the testtaker took while taking the test.

SkillSoniqmaintains these records for a temporary period, but the records areprotected and are only shared with the student or other authoritiesas required by law. These recordings are taken to 1) validate theidentity of the test taker, which is validated by comparing the testtaker with the photo on file, and through other triggers and 2) tograde the credibility of the test taker.

13. Changes to Privacy Policy

Theseprivacy policy terms may change from time to time and we reserve theright to change the terms of the privacy policy at any time. When weupdate the privacy policy, all our registered users will be notifiedvia email.
